Login details

Is it mandatory to create an account before I can order?

It is not required to create an account before you can order from OMEGA PARTS. You can also order without account. Of course it is possible on a first order to directly create an account at checkout.

I can’t login with my account details, what should I do?

How can I search a part and what if I can not find them?

Via the search bar at the left top of your screen you can enter a articlenumber or decription. Or you can browse via de menus category and manufacturer. If you can not find the right part, you can always contact us and we will help you find the right product.

Where is OMEGA PARTS located and are you reliable?

We are located in The Netherlands. Our adress is: Leemidden 21, 2678 ME, DE LIER, THE NETHERLANDS. We are an authority when it comes to spare parts of aerial work platforms and we are one of the largest suppliers of Europe. Every day, hundreds of clients trust us and use our services and we’re proud of that.

Payment

What are the payment options?

You can pay your order via the following options:

If you are a new customer we will get in touch with you to discuss the best way for you to handle payment. You can proceed with your order, you can not / do not need to select a payment method yet. When the order is placed we’ll be contacting you and determine the best way of settling your payment.

 

We have a few basic payment methods that we work with:

  • Direct Banking: you pay your invoice through a bank transfer to our IBAN. You can find our bank details here.  Please do not forget to include your invoice number in the description of the transfer.
  • Credit Card: OMEGA PARTS accepts all major credit cards.
  • PayPal: You will receive a payment request via email.
  • An account, you will be given a payterm of xx days.

Shipping

How is my order delivered?

OMEGA PARTS ships your products with FEDEX or UPS. You can also choose to pick up your order at the company itself (see contact details for address). For items that FEDEX or USP can not handle, we will find a good alternative. Of course, we first inform you about this.

When will I recieve my order?

After placing your order, a order acknowledgement will be send with the estimated delivery times. For items whith indication that there is sufficient stock, you can assume that the item will be send within 48 hours. If your order is delayed we will update you through e-mail.

Does OMEGA PARTS send my order to all locations?

Yes, OMEGA PARTS ships globally. For each location is the delivery time different as well as the shipping costs. Contact us for more information about the delivery time and costs.


Warranty

My product is broken / it doesn’t work anymore what should I do?

At Omega Parts International we provide a 6 months warranty. Please contact our serviceteam to claim warranty.

I ordered a wrong item, how can I return it?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt date. We will arrange a credit note for you based on the returning item, shipping costs not included. The conditions for return are:

  • The returning item must be in its original condition and if possible in the original packaging. Therefore we always advise you, to keep all delivered property safe.
  • The invoice or a copy, shall be sent with the package.
  • We are, however, obliged to charge 10% of the sale price as return fee. This is refelected in the credit note.
